Texas DIR cooperative contracts are available to a broad range of public entities — both in Texas and out-of-state — enabling compliant procurement without competitive bidding.
All Texas state agencies, departments, and commissions. Purchasing is compliant with state procurement law and no additional competitive bid is required.
Texas cities, counties, special districts, and regional authorities can purchase directly through DIR cooperative contracts.
Public school districts, charter schools, community colleges, and universities in Texas are eligible purchasers under this contract.
Public entities outside of Texas may also purchase under this contract by executing an Interlocal Agreement with the Texas DIR.
Purchasing through DIR-CPO-5872 satisfies competitive procurement requirements under Texas Government Code, Chapter 2054 and Chapter 2157. Eligible entities can issue a purchase order directly to GAIN Innovation, LLC without issuing an RFP or IFB.

GAIN Innovation honors the product warranty provided by the manufacturer. Please refer to the applicable product information to understand what is and is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
If any issues arise with a product or service, contact your GAIN Innovation sales representative. Your representative is knowledgeable about your product, order, and sales history, and may direct you to the original equipment manufacturer to honor the manufacturer's warranty if necessary.
To initiate a return, contact your GAIN Innovation sales representative and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA). The RMA initiates the formal return process and ensures your return is tracked and processed correctly.
